FAQ’s

Q. How far in advance should I order my container?

A. Container service is guaranteed within 2 business days. We generally can accommodate next day service if the order is placed by 2 PM.

A. We recommend that you provide four pieces of wood to be placed under the wheels of the container to avoid damage to asphalt/concrete. BW&R is not responsible for damage to the ground surface.

A. The container may be completely filled where all contents are leveled with the edge of the container. If the container is overloaded, the customer will be responsible to pay a trip charge.

A. The container is for Bulky Trash and Construction/Demolition Debris. Please note we cannot accept: asbestos, chemicals, electronics, Freon containing devices, hazardous waste, liquids, medical waste, oils/paint or tires.

A. The container can be kept on site for 2 weeks without incurring rental fees. If required on site for an extended period of time, please discuss the container rental fee with your Sales Representative.

A. Please check with your municipality for specific requirements. BW&R is not responsible for any fines incurred for failure to comply with regulations.
